Candidates are sourced from a variety of avenues. One of our main sources of candidates is referrals which demonstrates the commitment we have with each and every candidate we interview and place. Candidates are also sourced from online networks, our proprietary database, as well as other sourcing tools such as LinkedIn. On average Phaxis professionals move from interview to placement in approximately two weeks.
Phaxis carefully selects our professionals to ensure they are not just knowledgeable of their field but also passionate about it. From clinical professionals to support positions, our diverse team brings a wealth of expertise to their individual roles, eliminating the need for professional skill training and development.
Phaxis requires extensive testing and competency review of all applicants for their profession during our application process. Each applicant must show evidence of licenses, certifications, education, and training. When required by a client, employment will be verified directly or through a third-party background vendor. Phaxis also requires a minimum of two satisfactory references from previous employers to verify professional experience and, when possible, to verify skill proficiency, ability to organize, consistent work quantity, professional appearance, interpersonal relationships, cooperation, initiative, adaptability, reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
