Major Duties And Responsibilities

Builds and maintains proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups to understand business needs, staffing requirements and issues, and offers creative and effective sourcing solutions
Develops and executes recruitment strategies to proactively source diverse pools of candidates using various recruiting methods, including cold-calling, networking/relationship building, web and social based sourcing methods
Participates in weekly strategy meetings with hiring managers and provides consultative approach on talent. Acts as Subject Matter Expert on hiring techniques and legal issues regarding hiring practices
Develops and maintains an active pipeline of talent for key roles/functions
Acts as liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR business partners and offers guidance through every stage of the hiring process.
Gathers competitive intelligence, industry trends, and labor market conditions and creates search strategies and business presentations based on findings.
Implements and enforces consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
Successfully manages and tracks assigned postings, prioritizing and closing searches against timeline according to established KPIs
Partners with other HR Functions to identify and manage internal key talent to increase internal mobility company-wide
Generates reports and data for special projects, new proposals, and general corporate information.
Leads additional special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor' s Degree
4-5+ years of experience in recruiting or relevant industry experience
Knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practice and procedures
Experience recruiting for corporate functions and or field-based sales roles
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and both oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to follow processes, comply with regulations
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, influence, negotiate and partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Experience with change management and the ability to be flexible in work style and responsibility
Strong analytical skills, the ability to report and understand data
Ability to source candidates through a variety of networks and tools


Michael Dimitrov

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Dimitrov is Chief Financial Officer of Phaxis, a workforce solutions company. He is based in Boston.


An accomplished Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Michael has over 25 years of experience at IT staffing and solutions-based companies and has a demonstrated track record of guiding both large, multi-national public and small, privately-held companies through profitable growth.


Michael joined Phaxis predecessor Park Hudson in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer from Hollister Staffing, where he held the same role. Previously, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of MRCC, an IT/software services provider. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Softworld, a staffing and consulting firm specialized in technology services, banking, government, engineering and clinical and biometric sciences.


Earlier in his career, Michael spent time in a variety of finance roles at well-known companies such as Randstad USA, Stride Rite, Wang Laboratories and TAD Resources International.


He is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelors in Management and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a workforce solutions company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.


Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.


He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
