Park Hudson is a Global Workforce Solutions organization that works closely with our customers to identify the ideal talent solution for our clients' ongoing needs. The position we are filling is to provide recruitment support across the county to our top clients. This person will not only recruit top talent for external positions but will also be responsible for building long-standing relationships with candidates. In this position, you will learn skills relating to talent acquisition, negotiation, customer service, and technology/finance/accounting principles. This team is currently in a growth mode, so get ready to join a team where you will not only make an immediate impact but will help create and build for the company's future!

Responsibilities Include:

Build relationships with professionals in the following fields: technology, finance, accounting, healthcare, etc.
Work closely with our Account Executives and their clients to fulfill their needs and help craft custom tailored solutions.
Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing, through interviewing and hiring.
Attend virtual/in-person networking events
Working as part of a team to maximize the team's overall production.


Positive attitude and unmatched work ethic.
Understanding/willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Michael Dimitrov

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Dimitrov is Chief Financial Officer of Phaxis, a workforce solutions company. He is based in Boston.


An accomplished Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Michael has over 25 years of experience at IT staffing and solutions-based companies and has a demonstrated track record of guiding both large, multi-national public and small, privately-held companies through profitable growth.


Michael joined Phaxis predecessor Park Hudson in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer from Hollister Staffing, where he held the same role. Previously, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of MRCC, an IT/software services provider. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Softworld, a staffing and consulting firm specialized in technology services, banking, government, engineering and clinical and biometric sciences.


Earlier in his career, Michael spent time in a variety of finance roles at well-known companies such as Randstad USA, Stride Rite, Wang Laboratories and TAD Resources International.


He is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelors in Management and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Drew Anson

Chief Delivery Officer

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a workforce solutions company based in New York.


In this role, Drew leads the delivery and recruiting working closely with the leadership team to define a model that is efficient at supporting the firm’s current needs and is scalable for future growth.


Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.


Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.


He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
