Park Hudson is a Global Workforce Solutions organization that works closely with our customers to identify the ideal talent solution for our clients' ongoing needs. The position we are filling is to provide recruitment support across the county to our top clients. This person will not only recruit top talent for external positions but will also be responsible for building long-standing relationships with candidates. In this position, you will learn skills relating to talent acquisition, negotiation, customer service, and technology/finance/accounting principles. Build relationships with professionals in the following fields: technology, finance, accounting, healthcare, etc.
Work closely with our Account Executives and their clients to fulfill their needs and help craft custom tailored solutions.
Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing, through interviewing and hiring.
Attend virtual/in-person networking events
Working as part of a team to maximize the team's overall production.
Positive attitude and unmatched work ethic.
Understanding/willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
