Train and mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing territories
Train and mentor newly hired Associates throughout the early stages of their career, promoting them into Account Executive or Recruitment Consultants
Build and maintain key client relationships
Track, record and drive team success metrics throughout the sales process
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit fresh talent from colleges and universities
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years' of Recruitment experience
5+ years' of experience in sales
Strong leadership skills with previous experience leading a minimum of 5 employees
Customer Service experience- client facing, sales roles a huge plus
Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business
A strong desire to succeed
