Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine best recruiting practices to attract the most highly qualified candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Will be responsible for staffing related metrics which are reviewed per business line
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years experience successfully sales, recruiting or talent acquisition
The ability to develop strong communication channels with external candidates and a variety of internal managers and executives over multiple business lines.
Must be highly adaptable and have the ability to manage a requisition load that is cyclical and fast paced
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills Qualifications:
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Marketing experience on Social Platforms
Advance experience using MS Excel
