Adam Chituck

Chief Financial Officer

Adam Chituck is Chief Financial Officer for Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company. He is based in Melville, NY.

Adam joined Phaxis in September 2023 and is responsible for all financial operations, reporting and strategy, as well as the firm’s overall financial health. Adam brings extensive finance and accounting experience as well as staffing experience to his role. Previously in his career, he served as the Controller and Vice President for Tandym Group as well as a leader in financial reporting at Bizfi (a FinTech).

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Adam has been a CPA since 2015. He also holds a master’s degree in Accounting from State University of New York College at Old Westbury.

Jackie Richards, PHR

Vice President, Human Resources

Jackie Richards is VP, Human Resources for Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company. She is based in Melville, NY.


Jackie joined Phaxis in October 2023 and is a strategic partner to senior management, responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring that HR practices support the organizations goals and objectives. Jackie brings extensive human resources and compliance experience to her role. Previously in her career, she served as an HR/Client Services Supervisor at PrestigePEO and an HR Manager at CBX, LLC.


Jackie holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification awarded by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from State University of New York College at Oswego.

Chris Friday

SVP, Professional Services

Chris joined Phaxis in July 2025 to lead the growth of the Professional Services Division, encompassing Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Chris brings over 12 years of staffing industry experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting and sales teams. His leadership approach centers on developing individuals and helping them reach their full potential.

Prior to joining Phaxis, Chris served as Senior Vice President at Optomi, where he played a key role in the company’s rapid expansion—helping drive growth that quadrupled the organization’s size between 2018 and 2021, with continued expansion through 2024. Throughout his career, Chris has supported multiple markets nationwide and is deeply passionate about servant leadership and the professional and personal development of individuals and teams.

John Bonade

Co-Founder and Principal

John Bonade is a partner at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York City.

Prior to the merger of Park Hudson International and Access Staffing to form Phaxis, John was Managing Partner at Park Hudson for nearly 15 years. With the formation of Phaxis, John remains responsible for the firm’s Technology Staffing Division.

Previously, John spent more than a decade with Infinity Consulting Group, a technology staffing company. He was most recently Vice President with responsibility for the New York City practice and was instrumental in growing the organization.

He is a graduate of SUNY University at Albany with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

Mark Young

Co-Founder and Principal​

Mark Young is a partner at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Mark was a co-founder of Phaxis predecessor firm, Park Hudson and was responsible for all aspects of running the business including day-to-day operations, technology, accounting, legal, human resources, and all other administrative aspects. He will continue to oversee these areas for Phaxis.

In addition, Mark specializes in the recruitment and placement of IT professionals in the greater New York City-area. His areas of expertise include software developers, infrastructure engineers, and Executives in IT Management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing & Management from SUNY University at Albany.

Michael Weinstein

Co-Founder and Principal

Michael Weinstein is a partner at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Michael founded Phaxis predecessor firm Access Staffing in 1986 with partner Steve Weber. Throughout the years, Michael continued to work his own recruiting desk and is recognized as one of the most successful, effective technology recruiters in the region. Over more than 30 years in business, Access grew to become one of New York’s leading staffing firms, providing temporary, direct hire and customized career staffing solutions nationally.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Syracuse University.

Steve Weber

Co-Founder and Principal

Steve Weber is a partner at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Steve co-founded Phaxis predecessor firm Access Staffing in 1986 with partner Mike Weinstein. During that time, he also continued to actively work a recruiting desk while managing the Finance and Investment recruitment division of the firm. Over more than 30 years in business, Access grew to become one of New York’s leading staffing firms, providing temporary, direct hire and customized career staffing solutions nationally.

He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Finance and Marketing.

John Magloire

Partner

John Magloire is a Partner of Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company. He is based in Melville, NY.

John joined Phaxis predecessor firm Access Staffing in 1999 to create and build an Accounting & Finance Temporary Placement division. Throughout his subsequent 23 years with Access, John played a variety of roles including oversight for Long Island branch office, Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and ultimately Chief Executive Officer. He began his career in recruiting as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half’s Accountemps.

Earlier in his career, John spent nearly six years as a practicing accountant with The NPD Group and Standard & Poor’s MMS, holding the positions of Accounts Receivable Manager, Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst and Accounting Manager.

He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance (with distinction), both from Hofstra University.

Drew Anson

Chief Delivery Officer

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

In this role, Drew leads the delivery and recruiting working closely with the leadership team to define a model that is efficient at supporting the firm’s current needs and is scalable for future growth.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.

Whitney Fields

Executive Vice President, Travel Healthcare

Whitney Fields is Executive Vice President, Travel Healthcare at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company. She is based in Charleston, SC.

Whitney is an experienced producer and leader within the Travel Healthcare industry who possesses deep market knowledge and an understanding of the vital role that healthcare plays in communities around the globe. She joined Phaxis predecessor firm, Park Hudson in 2021 to build its Travel Healthcare practice and open the Charleston office.

Previously, Whitney spent nearly eight years with Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing provider. Throughout her time with Soliant, she played a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, rising from Senior Account Executive roles in both Nursing and Allied Health to Department Manager, Allied Health; Division Director, Nursing; and ultimately Managing Director of the Nursing Division.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Biological Sciences, Whitney has also completed coursework toward a Masters of Medical Science in Anesthesiology and an Executive MBA.

Justin Kirkley

Executive Vice President

Justin Kirkley is Executive Vice President for Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions company. He is based in Dallas, TX and New York, NY.

Justin joined Phaxis in 2023 and oversees both the Technology and Finance & Accounting verticals. He is responsible for creating a high performing culture focused on exponential growth. He believes in building a culture of both family-first and of high accountability. He comes to Phaxis with over 20 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry, leading successful teams by always creating winning relationships for both clients, consultants and colleagues.

Justin is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and brings his Texas hospitality and can-do attitude to everything he does. Prior to entering the industry, Justin served 9 years in the US Navy.
