Within one year from the use of Phaxis’s Automated Employment Decision Tools (“AEDT”) we will conduct and make publicly available a bias audit. Phaxis’s AEDT use began in September 2026.

How to Opt Out of AI‑Assisted Screening
If you prefer that your application, not be subject to AI‑assisted screening, you may request an alternative process at any time by contacting Jackie Richards (jrichards@phaxis.com) with the subject line “AI Opt‑Out – [Job Requisition #].” We will ensure your application is reviewed by a recruiter or hiring manager without using AI‑assisted screening for that requisition. Opting out will not negatively affect your candidacy.

SMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number, Phaxis may send you SMS or text messages related to job application updates or recruitment communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers may only be used by Phaxis and trusted service providers to deliver messaging services.
