Michael Dimitrov is Chief Financial Officer of Phaxis, a workforce solutions company. He is based in Boston.
An accomplished Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Michael has over 25 years of experience at IT staffing and solutions-based companies and has a demonstrated track record of guiding both large, multi-national public and small, privately-held companies through profitable growth.
Michael joined Phaxis predecessor Park Hudson in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer from Hollister Staffing, where he held the same role. Previously, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of MRCC, an IT/software services provider. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of Softworld, a staffing and consulting firm specialized in technology services, banking, government, engineering and clinical and biometric sciences.
Earlier in his career, Michael spent time in a variety of finance roles at well-known companies such as Randstad USA, Stride Rite, Wang Laboratories and TAD Resources International.
He is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelors in Management and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
